Refund & Cancellation Policy

At A2Z Puja & Astrologer, we aim to provide the best spiritual and astrology services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we've designed our refund and cancellation policy to be fair and transparent.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Offline Services (Pooja/Havan etc.):

  • 48 hours or more in advance: Eligible for partial refund (excluding preparation or travel expenses).

  • 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time: 50% of the amount will be refunded.

  • Less than 24 hours before or no show: No refund will be provided.

• Online Services (Astrology Consultation/Jaap/Online Pooja etc.):

  • 24 hours or more in advance: Eligible for full refund or rescheduling.

  • Less than 24 hours before: Eligible for rescheduling only, no refund.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as per the terms above.

• All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services already rendered.

  • Custom rituals with special arrangements or materials already procured.

  • Donations, daan, and items related to religious purposes.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Services can be rescheduled once if notified at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability of the pandit/astrologer and time slot.

• If the service is rescheduled and later canceled, no refund will be applicable.

4. Service Unavailability or Delays

• In the rare event we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, health emergencies, travel delays), you will be:

  • Offered a reschedule, or

  • Provided a full refund.
